Chicken-Mushroom Masala

0

When cooked together both mushrooms and chicken make a hearty main course dish for either lunch or dinner. You would definitely love this dish with a mildly spiced masala of onion and tomatoes. Fresh mushrooms are widely available in winters,  and I get the full opportunity to cook them in one or the other way pairing them with different ingredients

Why mushrooms are called Superfood

Mushrooms, though they look like vegetables but basically represent the fungi kingdom. These fleshy fungi have stunning health benefits, containing high fibre content but low in calories. Mushrooms appear to decrease the risk of obesity and overall mortality, diabetes and heart disease. This wonderful ingredient cooked together with chicken fulfils the need for protein and minerals which are essential for the body’s growth
