Maggie does not go to our stomach, It goes straight to our hearts ❤. There might not be one who has not engrossed into maggie noodles since it’s childhood. Even the beginners start their cooking by giving a hand on Maggie noodles

This is one of the dishes that you can do experiments with beyond imagination. I occasionally cook maggie by giving it a new look and flavour. Today I have cooked it with chilli paneer flavours(चिली पनीर मैगी नूडल्स) and when you flavour your Maggie with some Indo-Chinese goodies, your creation becomes magical giving you an absolute bliss

Ingredients
• Masala maggie packs – 2
• Water – 3 cups
• Sliced onions – 1 cup
• Sliced capsicum – 1/4 cup
• Sliced red bell peppers – 1/4 cup
• Sliced tomatoes – 1/4 cup
• Finely chopped garlic, ginger and green chillies – 2 tsp
• Salt – 1 tsp
• Broccoli florets – 4-6
• Paneer – 200 gms( cubed)
• Oil – 1 tbsp
• Light soy sauce – 1 tsp
• Green chilli sauce – 1 tsp
• Sweet n sour red chilli sauce – 1 tsp

Step By Step

1- Take a pan and add 3 cups of water. Keep it for boiling and add maggie masala. Stir it well and add maggie noodles. You can break them to get smaller ones. Cover the pan and simmer until the water is absorbed

2- Whilst, heat oil in another pan and add paneer cubes. stir fry them until they get brown colour. Take out the paneer cubes now

3- Next, add chopped garlic, ginger and green chillies. Saute them and add sliced onions, broccoli, bell peppers and Stir fry them.

4- Add cooked paneer cubes followed by tomato slices

5- Next, add salt and all the sauces. Stir well and add cooked maggie to the veggies
*you can avoid salt as all the sauces have sufficient amount of salt

6- Give a nice stir so that each and every gets incorporated well. Sprinkle some chopped fresh coriander leaves

7- Serve hot the soul satisfying chilli paneer maggie noodles
