No other cuisine has gained such a huge popularity in India other than the Chinese food.This cuisine has been still on the top for last 4 decades.We have embraced their dishes with so much love that most of them have mixed and blended with our cuisine and are popular as Indo-Chinese dishes
A few such their dishes which are prepared in our day to day households are chinese-veg-hakka-noodles, veg manchurian, chilli paneer or chilli chicken and, fried-rice etc.The list is endless but today I am sharing the recipe for chilli Paneer
Paneer/cottage cheese no doubt is one of the most popular ingredients here and when blended with Chinese flavours like soy, chilly sauce and vinegar make it quite relishable.
Preparation time – 10 minutes
Cooking time – 20 minutes
Cuisine – Indo-Chinese
Course – main

Ingredients -:

Paneer/cottage cheese – 300 gms ( cut into desired cubes)
Red, green and yellow bell peppers(cut into long slices) – 1 cup
Sliced onion – 1/2 cup
Sliced tomatoes – 1/2 cup
Chopped garlic – 1 tbsp
Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
White vinegar – 1 tbsp
Green chilly sauce – 1 tsp
Sweet-sour red chilly sauce – 1tsp
Salt – 2 tsp or taste wise
Cooking oil – 1 tbsp
Method
Take a wok or pan and add oil and pan fry the paneer/cottage cheese cubes
When golden brown both sides, take them out and keep aside
In the same oil add chopped garlic and stir
Add sliced onion and sauté
Add sliced bell peppers and stir-fry
Add sliced tomatoes and saute.Avoid overcooking
Add soy, both red and green chilly sauce, vinegar and salt
Mix everything together and add paneer cubes. 
Combine everything gently and cook for 1 minute
Tasty chilli paneer is ready to serve with fried-rice or hakka-noodles
The method is step by step with images
