Masala Chass
Summer is in so as the use of chass or chach or buttermilk. This is quite beneficial in the scorching heat of summer.
 
This is prepared with curd and keeps us cool in summers. Having chass is always advised in summers other than any aerated drinks as it is good for digestion too. This works well as an appetizer
 
This is a masala chass very easy to make with a few ingredients. To make this, the curd is churned and chilled water is added. Salt and pudina-bhuna-jeera-masala is added to give it more refreshing flavours

INGREDIENTS -:
 
Curd – 1 cup or 250 gms
Chilled water – 1 lt or 4 cups
Salt – to taste
Mint or pudina masala – 2 tsp
Some besan boondi and coriander leaves for topping
 
METHOD -:
First of all whisk or churn or blend the curd well
Add water and blend again
Add salt and pudina-bhuna jeera masala
Serve with besan boondi and coriander leaves for more freshness
