Paneer-Green Onion Parantha
Paranthas do not need any introduction.I think there is no other food item which has gained such a huge popularity other than paranthas. This is the only comfort food which can be eaten at any time of the day.
In spite of plain paranthas, there are many stuffed paranthas prepared with the stuffing of mooli, ghobi, methi, onion, gur or jaggery and the list is endless. This is one of the most likeable flat breads prepared in the Indian subcontinent. Its history is ages old, even the lanes and gullies (Paranthe Wali Gali in Delhi ) are named after this popular flatbread. These paranthas are prepared with whole wheat flour and cooked with ghee on low medium heat to make them crisp brown
