Fruity Yoghurt Parfait /No Cook Dessert
Fruity yoghurt is not only tasty but also healthy and filling. It is made up of several wholesome layers—crushed nuts, creamy yoghurt, fresh fruits, juicy berries, and a drizzle of honey. I find it especially convenient and refreshing to enjoy on hot summer days.
All the ingredients in this parfait are nourishing. I prefer low-fat yogurt to reduce unnecessary fats and calories, making it a lighter yet satisfying choice. On fasting days, this fruity yoghurt feels like a true blessing. Since grains and cereals are usually avoided, this parfait provides the essential nutrients the body needs, particularly when eaten as a breakfast option.

Instead of sugar, I sweeten it naturally with honey. The combination of yogurt, fruits, and honey is not only delicious but also great for gut health, making this parfait both a treat and a wellness booster.
