Pudina-bhuna jeera masala or dried mint-roasted cumin seeds masala is ideal for Raita, curd, or masala-chass .  This masala is aromatic and good for digestion. Both the ingredients used in this masala are beneficial for the stomach and help keep it cool, thereby preventing digestive ailments. As mentioned in the title, this masala has only two ingredients: mint and cumin seeds. Mint or pudina is sun-dried for a few hours, and cumin is dry-roasted and ground together in a masala grinder or crushed in a pestle and mortar or sil-batta

INGREDIENTS – 

Fresh mint leaves – 1 cup
Cumin seeds or jeera – 2 tbsp

METHOD -:

1- First of all, wash the mint leaves and keep them in the sun to dry. In summer, it will take 5-6 hours to dry completely.

2- Dry roast jeera (cumin seeds) and allow the seeds to cool completely. Grind both the ingredients to a coarse powder or masala

Notes -:
* In winter, it takes 2 to 3 days to dry the mint leaves

* You can dry mint leaves in the oven for a few minutes by turning them at intervals

1- First of all, wash the mint leaves and keep them in the sun to dry. In summer, it will take 5-6 hours to dry completely
2- Dry roast jeera or cumin seeds in a pan or hot tawa and let it cool
3- Grind both the ingredients to a coarse powder or masala in a grinder jar 

4- This aromatic masala is ready to add to the curd, raitas, and masala chaas. Store this masala (spice powder) in an airtight jar for further use.
