ALOO HARA PYAZ SABZI /BABY POTATO-SPRING ONION DRY SABZI
This Punjabi style aloo hare pyaz ki sabzi makes a great combination with the dal preparations. In this way both the dishes complete a Punjabi Thali. This regular thali must have any dal and a dry sabzi as a side dish every day. As the spring onions are available for many months in the year, I cook them with large variations in the season.
Those who lovingly eat the onions must include them in the daily diet as the spring onions contain several essential vitamins and minerals This tasty sabzi is one of them which I use to cook at regular intervals. An add of some regular spices make it tastier. The baby potatoes are tender and cooked with their skin. They make a perfect pairing with the spring onions. The green stems add colour and crunch to this tasty sabzi

HOW TO MAKE THE SABZI

3- Heat oil in a kadahi and add cumin/jeera, when splatters, add baby potatoes. Fry them at high flame by turning after intervals
