● INGREDIENTS FOR AVOCADO SPREAD
• Ripe Avocado – 1 no
• Salt – A pinch
• Paprika – 1/4 tsp
● INGREDIENTS REQUIRED FOR GARLIC MUSHROOMS
• Button Mushrooms – 250 gms
• Onion – 1 medium
• Garlic – 4-5 cloves
• Coriander/parsley – 1 small bunch
• Green chilies – 1 tsp
• Balsamic Vinegar – 2 tbsp
• Dark soya sauce – 2 tbsp
• Green chili sauce – 2 tsp
• Salt – to taste
• Crushed black pepper – 1 tsp
• Red chilly flakes – 1/2 tsp
• Olive oil – 1 tbsp
• Butter – 1 tbsp
● INGREDIENTS FOR TOAST
• Bread Slices (any type) – 5-6
• Ripe Avocado – 1 large
• Butter at room temperature – 3-4 tsp
● INGREDIENTS FOR TOPPING
• Beetroot shreads
• Onion shreads
• Carrot shreads
● PREPARATIONS TO BE DONE
• SLICE MUSHROOMS
• CHOP COARSELY ONIONS
• CHOP FINELY GARLIC
• CHOP FINELY PARSLEY AND ITS STEMS

• Separate Avocado pulp and smash it with a spoon or a fork


● HOW TO COOK GARLIC MUSHROOMS
1- Heat a pan and add 1 tsp olive oil and 1 tsp butter

2- Add chopped onions and saute. Avoid overcooking to retain the crunch

3- After one minute, add chopped mushrooms. Saute mushrooms for 2-3 minutes at high flame

4- Next, add chopped garlic and saute

5- Allow the mushrooms to cook at high flame and add coriander stems and leaves. combine them well with mushroom


6- Add salt, Balsamic Vinegar, soya sauce, and green chilly sauce at this stage.

7- Combine well and cook mushrooms for 1-2 minutes. Switch off the flame and prepare mushrooms on toast

● HOW TO PREPARE MUSHROOM ON TOAST
1- Apply some butter on a bread slice and toast it to make crisp and brown

2- Apply avocado spread on a crisp toast

3- Drop a generous amount of cooked mushrooms

4- Top the toast with vibrant beet-onion-carrot salad
