INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
• Fully ripened fleshy mangoes – 2 nos
• Thick curd or yogurt – 2 cups
• Sugar(granulated) – 4 tbsp or to taste
• Ice cubes – 6-8
• Some nuts and glazed cherries for garnishing
WALKTHROUGH
1- Add the ingredients except for garnishing to a blender and blend for a few seconds to incorporate everything well
- Make sure the sugar is dissolved completely. Powdered sugar can be used instead
2- Pour mango lassi into serving glasses and garnish with some nuts and glazed cherries on top
