Moong Dal Dosa/Pesarattu Recipe

0

What a great idea to kick start your day with such a healthy and delicious breakfast like green moong dal dosa or pesarattu!! This Andhra delicacy is extraordinary tasty and yet easy to make with only a few ingredients. The best part of this dosa is, it does not need fermentation and the batter can be made with overnight soaked and then ground moong gram and rice

Green moong or whole moong dal is one of the most nutritious dals or lentils. It is said to be the storehouse of protein. I often add a few dishes made out of this wonder bean in my diet like green moong dal soup or green moong dal dhokla.
Any seasonal veggie or herbs can be added to the batter. Authentically, pesarattu is served with rava upma but I like to  serve it with any bhaji and sambar
