PALAK-CORN SANDWICH/ SPINACH-CORN SANDWICH/ANY TIME SANDWICHES
The cheesy spinach-corn sandwich look amazing and I am happy to do a wonderful experiment with them. I cooked a quick sabzi first as the preparation with onions, spinach, corn karnals and the two type of cheeses. The winter time brings the juiciest ever spinach that makes many tasty dishes from breakfast to snacks and main course. Undoubtedly this leafy veggie is one of the healthiest greens containing several nutrients. Palak corn sandwich is a tasty healthy and filling sandwich as the stuffing is quite heavy and flavoursome, containing several goodies which I have mentioned above. All these ingredients together make a wonderful stuff to fill into the bread slices to make such tasty sandwiches
I call these sandwiches any time sandwiches, as these are very perfect for not only breakfast but also for lunch or as an evening snack. The palak sabzi is Cheesy and full of flavors so that kids also like these sandwiches very much. In this way, these sandwiches make a perfect lunch box idea which is both healthy and quite filling too. Let’s start making these sandwiches with the preparations to make a palak sabzi first by adding onions, corns, paneer, and cheese. The final result is just yummy!😋

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
• Bread slices(any type) – 8 nos
• Butter – 2 tsp
• Oil – 2 tsp
• Palak/Spinach(washed and finely chopped) – 250 gms
• Finely chopped onions – 1 large
• Sweet corns (blanched) – 1/2 cup
• Grated paneer(cottage cheese) – 1/4 cup
• Processed mozzarella cheese – 2 tbsp
• Salt – to taste
• Kitchen king masala – 1/2 tsp
• Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
• Red chilly powder- 1/2 tsp
STEP BT STEP PROCEDURE
1- Firstly, heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Roast them for a while and add all the powdered spices.
2- Roast the spices for a second and add washed spinach leaves.
3- Cook the spinach (palak) leaves until all the moisture is gone and becomes dry
4- Next, add blanched corn kernels and combine by turning. Now, add processed cheese and mix well
5- Next, add the grated paneer and mix well. Add salt to your taste and mix well.
6- Allow this cheesy-creamy palak corn sabzi to cool a little to stuff into the sandwiches
7- For the sandwiches, Spread the palak corn sabzi on a bread slice and cover this with another slice
8- Apply some butter on top and grill them in a toaster or on the hot Tawa to make tasty palak-corn sandwiches
