One such dish is paneer bhurji or crumbled paneer dish which is cooked with onion, tomatoes and some regular powdered spices. An add of green peas take the dish to another level. When kids do not like any veggies, moms always cook this super easy dish for them.

INGREDIENTES -:
1 – Paneer/cottage cheese – 250 gms(crumbled)
2 – Onion (finely chopped) – 1 big sized
3 – Tomatoes ( finely chopped) – 2 big sized
4 – Finely chopped ginger, garlic and green chillies – 1 tsp each
5 – Salt, coriander powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder and red chilly powder – 2 tsp each
6 – Oil – 2 tbsp
7 – Cumin seeds/jeera – 1 tsp
8 – Cashew nuts and raisins – a few
9 – Boiled matar/peas – 1/4 cup
METHOD -:
1 – First of all heat oil in a pan or kadhai and add jeera/cumin seeds and let it crackle
2 – Add chopped ginger garlic and green chillies
3 – Add chopped onions and sauté till light brown
4 – Add chopped tomatoes and cook well
5 – Add salt and powdered spices and cook well until masala leaves oil
6 – Add crumbled paneer and boiled matar /peas and mix well
7 – Add nuts and chopped coriander leaves and serve with roti or parantha
