Moong Dal Dosa/Pesarattu Recipe

0

What a great idea to kick start your day with such a healthy and delicious breakfast like green moong dal dosa or pesarattu!! This Andhra delicacy is very tasty and easy to make with a few ingredients. Unlike other dosas, this does not need fermentation and the batter can be made with overnight soaked and then ground moong gram

Green moong or whole moong dal is one of the most nutritious dal or lentil. It is said to be the storehouse of protein. I often add a few dishes made out of this wonder bean in my diet like green moong dal soup or green moong dal dhokla.
Any seasonal veggie or herbs can be added to the batter. I like to keep it plain but serve with coconut chutney and sambar
