CABBAGE-PANEER SANDWICH/ CHEESY-BUTTERY CABBAGE SANDWICH

Simple and delicious, these two words can justify these cabbage-paneer sandwiches. Vegetable-based sandwiches are an exceptional favorite of my family. And when paneer is added to veggies, this is to love because of its incredible taste and health benefits. Among all green vegetables, cabbage is my all-time favorite and is depicted in most of my sandwich recipes. And thanks to the paneer(cottage cheese) that makes the sandwich creamy, rich, and protein-packed.

I love to pair the cabbage with eggs, paneer, and other veggies while making the sandwiches. This is my favorite meal to kick-start my day. This finger food is easy to carry and eat conveniently anywhere. Cabbage-Paneer Sandwich tastes better when eaten raw, although this can be toasted or grilled effortlessly.

●  INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

• Bread slices (any type) – 6-8
• Thinly Shredded Cabbage  – 1/2 cup
• Grated paneer – 100 grams
• Melted butter – 1/4 bowl
• Mayonnaise  – 4 tsp
• Salt – 1/2 tsp
• Black pepper powder

●  HOW TO MAKE CABBAGE-PANEER SANDWICH

1 – Take 4 tsp butter in a bowl and melt in the microwave for 20-25 seconds (butter can be melted by placing the bowl in a hot water vessel)

2 – Add 4 tsp mayonnaise and combine well with a whisk

3 – Add shredded cabbage and combine well


4 – Add grated paneer, salt, pepper powder, and Italian seasoning.  Combine all the ingredients nicely

5 – Trim off the sides of bread slices. Spread a generous amount of cabbage-paneer-mayonnaise mix on one of the slices. Cover it  with another slice

6 – Make all sandwiches like this and cut each diagonally into two or four. Enjoy tasty and healthy sandwiches with tomato ketchup
