INGREDIENTS NEEDED

•  Bread slices(white or brown) – 10 nos
•  Mayonnaise (any type)  – 5 tsp
•  Grated mozzarella cheese – 1 tbsp
•  Grated cabbage – 1/2 cup
•  Grated carrots – 2 tbsp
•  Butter at room temperature – 2-3 tsp
•  Crushed black pepper – 1/2 tsp
•  Italian dried herbs – 1 tsp

STEP BY STEP
1- Take a mixing bowl and combine all the ingredients except butter and bread slices

2- Apply a thin layer of butter on each slice and spread a good amount of mix

3- Cover with another slice and cut each sandwich into two

4- Enjoy the cabbage-carrot-mayo sandwich with tomato ketchup

NOTES
* You can grill your sandwich to golden brown but honestly, this sandwich tastes better when eaten raw
