Chilli Chicken Recipe (Indo-Chinese Style)

0

This Indo-Chines style of chicken is a combination of several flavours. These wonderful flavours come from the juicy chicken, many veggies and a few sauces which are cooked together to make this wonderfully tasty dish. For this dish, I firstly had shallow fried the marinated chicken breast cubes and mixed those with stir-fried veggies to make a dry version of this dish. In this way, this dish can be served as a starter

OUR LOVE WITH THE INDO-CHINESE CUISINE

We started to love the Chinese flavoured dishes approximately four decades ago in India. Though most of the ingredients are not authentic Chinese, we added our own flavours, sauces and veggies to make fusion dishes which we call Indo-Chinese today. This fusion cuisine is much loved by us now and we have created a number of dishes with different ingredients but the basic taste always remains the same.
