Egg In A Hole Toast


Egg in a hole toast is a yummy breakfast which gives a good start to your day.This yummy, nutritious as well as good looking breakfast is a favourite of kids.
For this toast the center portion of a bread slice is taken out with a cutter or a small sharp edged bowl and then toasted in a pan , applying some butter. An egg is broken in the centre with sunny side up, to set as half fried with runny or hard yolk.This easy recipe is prepared with a few ingredients in no time.Even beginners can prepare this with ease

1- Bread slices – 4
2- Eggs – 2
3- Soft butter – 2 tsp
4- Salt – to taste
5- Black pepper – to taste
6- A few fenugreek/methi microgreens for more nutrition
7- Some fruits or salad veggies to serve with


1- Take bread slices and apply some butter

2- Heat a pan and toast them golden crisp

3- Make holes in centre with a sharp edges bowl or cutter
4- Place these toasts again in the pan and break each egg in one toast’s hole with sunny   side up
5- Cook them at low flame until the egg white cooks completely
6- Cook yolk according to your choice.If you want a hard and set yolk cover the pan for 2   minutes
7- Sprinkle salt and pepper and serve the dish with some microgreens and  fresh fruits and veggies
