Ingredients
1- Any boneless fish fillets Of medium thickness – 2 or 300 gms(I bought singara)
2- Lemon juice – 2 tsp for marination+2 tsp for sauce
3- Lemon wedges or thin round slices – 4-5
4- Finely chopped garlic – 1 tbsp
5- Butter – 1 tbsp for cooking+1 tbsp for sauce
6- Oil – 1 tbsp
7- Salt 1 tsp for marination+1tsp while cooking
8- Crushed black pepper – 2 tsp
Instructions
1- Marinate the fish fillets with salt and lemon and keep aside for 10 minutes
2- Heat oil and butter in a pan and add the fish fillets skin side down (if those are with skin)
3- Pan fry both sides turning gently with a wooden spatula. It will take 5 minutes each side to get the golden colour Time to sprinkle some salt and crushed pepper
4- Cover the pan with a lid to cook in its steam for more 5 minutes or till perfection. Now switch off the flame and prepare for the sauce
5- Take another pan(or in the same pan) add 1 tbsp butter. When heated add chopped garlic and fry them a little. Time to add lemon juice and lemon slices. Stir a little and pour this sauce over cooked fish
