Savoury muffins with loads of vegetables are a good option for breakfast or may have as an evening snack.
They are healthy and tasty. You do not feel guilty while having them as little oil is used to make them
These eggless muffins are prepared with semolina. Semolina or sooji is added to curd along with lots of fresh vegetables. So a complete meal in itself keeps you filled for hours. I have added a few seeds of flax and pumpkin to make them healthier.
