Moongre Aloo Matar Ki Sabji/ Radish Pods Dish With Peas-Potato

Moongra or mogra ki fali or pods are radish seed pods that are available during the winter months. These are available in different sizes and all of them contain the seeds of radish. that is why these pods taste like radish or mooli. Because of their peppery taste, it is advised to prepare them with aloo or matar. I like to add both of them while preparing this healthy radish pods sabzi

Radish pods are rich in ascorbic acid, folic acid, and potassium. They are a good source of vitamin B6, magnesium, copper, and calcium. These nutritious pods or beans must be added to the regular menu to get the essential nutrients. The procedure is very easy and the dish gets ready in under 30 minutes
