Lemon-Pepper Chicken /A Chicken Starter With Lemon-Pepper Flavours

Lemon pepper chicken

If you are searching a chicken dish which is hassle-free and prepares within minutes, then you are right here. This is a dry version of a lemon pepper chicken dish which I use to serve as a starter. Boneless and small bite size cubes of chicken are used for this purpose

Freshly pounded black peppercorns and lemon gives this dish a simple and rustic flavour. I have added both the ingredients to curd as marination. Lemon is used in the form of juice as well as the slices. Some crushed fried onions are also added while cooking and both curd and fried onions together make little masala. The tangy flavoured chicken dish is healthier as little oil is used and chicken is not fried here. This is just quick sauteed with its marination to keep the dish mild yet flavoursome
