Masala Omelette
Masala omelette is the yummiest, perfect and satisfying option for breakfast
An omelette with mix veggies and eaten with homemade ladi-pavs-dinner-buns. is a complete meal in itself
Usually, I make this on lazy Sundays as a brunch. This is a satisfying dish and tastes awesome when fried in butter
My family has true love for such roadside type maska bun omelette. I hope most of you must have liked that roadside omelette made with dollops of butter and eaten as a sandwich placed between pav slices or bun. Buns are also toasted applying butter. Buttery buns make this combination heavenly tasty
As the most favourite of mine too I am sharing its recipe with you
Eggs – 3 nos
Finely chopped veggies (onion, red and green calcium and carrots) – 2 tbsp
Melted butter – 1 tbsp
Salt, pepper and red chilly powder and flakes- 1 tsp each or to taste
Fresh coriander leaves – 1 tbsp
Whisk the eggs well
Add veggies, salt and powdered spices
Add butter to a non-stick pan
Add the whisked eggs and let it cook at low flame
When the sides start to cook, start folding it slowly without breaking
Make holes with fork so that it cooks in the centre
Turn it slowly to cook  the other side too
Toast the buns both sides with butter
Serve this yummy omelette between two pav or bun slices
