Just 2 main ingredients, rolling of paneer sticks into crushed papad and deep-frying them and you are done with the super easy and extra crunchy party snack which is ideal for any occasion. This is an ideal snack for high tea or any house party to be served as a starter

Ingredients
• Paneer/cottage cheese – 200 gms
• Papad/Popedum – 4 nos
• Refined flour/maida – 1 tbsp
• Water – 3 tbsp
• Salt – 1 tsp
• Red chilly powder – 1 tsp or to taste
• Chaat masala powder – 1 tsp or to taste
• Sufficient oil for deep frying
Instructions
1- Cut long and thin sticks of paneer of 1.5×1.5 cm thickness
2- Roast papad on the gas burner or tawa and crush finely with hands. Keep aside
3- Heat oil in a kadahi for deep frying Make a slurry of flour/maida, water, salt, red chilly powder, and chaat masala powder. Dip each paneer sticks into the slurry(thin batter) and roll in the crushed papad to coat well
4- Deep fry each roll till golden brown at medium heat and serve hot with tangy coriander chutney
