1- Homemade berry jam – 3- 4 tbsps
2- White chocolate – 80 gms
3- Rich cream – 100 gms
4- Powdered sugar –  2 tbsps
5- A few fresh berries for garnish (strawberries or raspberries )

1- Melt chocolate in a double boiler stirring continuously to avoid burning. For this, you have to set a bowl with chocolate over another bowl of simmering water so that the chocolate melts with steam effect

2- When melted,  remove the chocolate bowl and let it cool down completely.

3- Whip the cream with an electric beater adding sugar in two batches until it gets soft peaks

4- Now fold the whipping cream to the melted chocolate and mix gently with a rubber spatula so that it does not lose the air

5- Get a piping bag ready with the nozzle in to fill with chocolate-whipped cream  and keep aside

6- Take a glass or bowl and drop 1 tbsp homemade berry jam or compote into it. Now pipe chocolate-cream making swirls over the jam

7- Serve the dessert chilled with berries on top as a garnish
