If you are a great lover of green chutney like me, and love to do experiments with flavours; then you would definitely love this coriander-green onion chutney. Winters are around the corner and this is the time when fresh green vegetables reign the vegetable market. Green onion/spring onions are such one versatile veggie which can be used in any dish to add the flavours and texture. To make this chutney I have used the whole part of onion with coriander stems and leaves. Additionally, a few aromatics like ginger, garlic, and green chilies make this chutney very addictive

Ingredients
1- Green onions/Spring Onions – 3-4 nos or 200 gms
2- Fresh coriander – 1 bunch or 200 gms
3- Green chillies – 2 nos
4- Garlic cloves – 4-5
5- Ginger – 1-inch piece
6- Sour curd – 2 tbsp
7- Salt – 2 tsp
8- Roasted cumin powder – 2 tsp
Instructions
1- Remove hard stems from the coriander bunch and wash thoroughly under running water
2- Wash green onions too to remove dirt from its leaves. Now chop coarsely coriander and spring onions
3- Add all the ingredients mentioned above in ‘Ingredients’ to the blender and blend everything till the smooth purée
4- Enjoy this chutney with your meals
