Masala Idli Recipe/ A Yummy Snack

0
Masala idli is a hearty and filling snack made with leftover idlis adding some veggies. This tasty dish can be have as an appetizer or evening snack as well as in the breakfast also. Whereas plain idlis are bland in taste,  this dish is a combination of different flavours. A few seasonal veggies, spices, seeds and sprinkle of lemon juice take the taste of simple idlis to another level.
Whenever I make idlis,  I make some extra to prepare this yummy masaledar dish the next day
I add fried peanuts for the crunch. A few veggies are stir-fried and then cooked idlis are added. A dash of lemon juice gives this dish a lovely tang. This dish is a complete package of flavours. The best thing is that this easy to make dish is prepared under 30 minutes. Nothing better can be prepared than this yummy starter with the leftovers
