Onion – Spinach Pakoras (Palak-pyaz pakoras or bhajjias)

0
Pakoras or fritters or bhajis are satisfying evening snacks we wish to have during winters or monsoon. A plateful of crisp pakoras with a cup of hot tea is an ultimate delight.
Pakoras or fritters are deep-fried crisp snack which is prepared to add any vegetable to besan. Besan or chickpea flour is the base and chopped vegetables along with chopped coriander leaves and green chillies are added for flavour. Add of little semolina or sooji to make them crispier
As spinach is easily available in winters and the flavour is good so I decided to use and it goes very well with onions.
