Multigrain dosa /मल्टी ग्रेन डोसा
Multigrain dosa is the latest addition to my dosa saga. This dosai is prepared with 3 types of healthy grains like rice, ragi, and oatmeal along with a superseded powder, the flax seeds/ अलसी के बीज. I grind flax seeds to make its powder. It is recommended to grind just before use to prevent it from oxidizing. This powder can be used in different recipes for various purposes

Flax seeds, though tiny and unremarkable in appearance, have gained considerable importance. Rich in Omega 3 fatty acids, they also serve as a storehouse of essential nutrients and oils. By adding these powdered seeds to my dosa batter or parantha dough, I reduce the need for excessive oil during cooking. As a result, my dish becomes a healthier alternative.
