IDLI CHAAT /इडली की चाट
I remember when we had IDLI CHAAT for the first time at one of the outlets of Sagar Ratna in Delhi, we were blown away with the fluffiest idlis and the sweetened curd, chutneys and some crunch and fruits on top. We really appreciated the taste and texture of that yummy idli chat. Since then whenever I make idlis, I make some extra to enjoy the Idli Chaat with those leftovers the next day
Chaat recipes are the most popular amongst all in the Indian subcontinent. We prepare a number of variations of chaat dishes. We all are so obsessed with our chaat dishes to give preference to them over the regular cuisine. All the chaat dishes consist of the lip-smacking chutneys and some crunch. A chaat dish must have all the flavours to satisfy our taste buds. That is the reason we don’t leave a single bit of chaat in our plates😋
