PANEER STEAKS WITH GARLICKY MUSHROOM SAUCE

The pan-fried crisp paneer/cottage cheesesteaks with the mushroom sauce on top is my all-time favourite whenever I don’t want to cook much for the dinner. In the season when mushrooms are fresh, I make a delectable sauce with it which I use to make many dishes with. I find it the best condiment with the pasta and the hash browns
This time doing a big change in the base, I paired the sauce with the paneer steaks. These were somewhere in my mind for many days when I saw in a TV show the halloumi the Greek cheese) being pan-fried. As the halloumi is unavailable to us, I replaced it with our very dear and popularly used Paneer/cottage cheese. Both the cheeses are unripe and have the same texture but halloumi is made with goat or sheep’s milk, whereas paneer is made with cow or Buffalo’s milk
So, not wasting much time, let’s cook the amazing tasty PANEER STEAKS WITH GARLICKY MUSHROOM SAUCE
