Simple Fruit Salad


wonderfully simple yet refreshing fruit salad, that highlights this seasons with beautifully sweet and juicy apples, peaches,  apricots and plump strawberries. a dash of lemon juice or honey will work and you are done with this health on one plate salad. Honestly, I like to have this salad simple without any compliment to it
If you have a guilty conscience of in taking of fat rich food or junk food during your holidays, then cut your diet to fresh fruits eating 5 to 10 servings daily or at least every alternate day. You will see the results yourself and protect your guts with all of those good things. In winters there is a large intake of greasy food contributing to toxins in the blood. Fresh fruits provide the antioxidants such as vitamin C and other essential minerals required to the body

    • Apples
    • Peaches
    • Apricots
    • Nectarines
    • Strawberries
    • Raspberries
    • Lemon juice – 1 tsp (optional)
    • Honey – 1 TSP (optional)


1- Slice the fruits and arrange them in a plate or a serving bow

2- Drizzle some lemon juice and a dash of honey over the fruit salad

 3-   Serve the salad fresh
Any fresh and seasonal fruits can be used to make a fruit salad
